Itinerary overview

Ready for a trip that’s part city escape, part mountain adventure, and part glacier-studded cruise? This journey through the Pacific Northwest and Alaska is anything but ordinary.

  • Start with three nights in dazzling Vancouver, where sleek city life blends perfectly with wild nature. Spend your days strolling Robson Street’s chic boutiques, nibbling your way through Granville Island’s food market, or wandering among towering totem poles in Stanley Park. Feeling daring? Head to North Vancouver and tiptoe across the Capilano Suspension Bridge - don’t worry, it only feels like it’s a mile in the air.
  • Next, it’s off to Whistler, a mountain resort that shines all year round. Known for hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics, this alpine gem offers plenty in summer too. Whether you’re zip-lining through the trees, hiking rugged trails, or riding the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola for jaw-dropping panoramic views, Whistler is a playground for adventure-seekers.
  • Then it's back to Vancouver to board the Emerald Princess, your floating home for the next seven nights. Settle into your stateroom - yes, it comes with your own private balcony - and get ready to sail through Alaska’s breathtaking Inside Passage. From elegant dining and engaging lectures to wildlife sightings and glacier gazing, this cruise is the perfect mix of luxury and discovery. Stops in Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan bring you up close with Alaska’s wild beauty and rich history, and a scenic cruise past Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier is the grand finale. Trust us - this is the kind of journey you’ll be talking about for years.

Your Pacific Northwest and Alaska adventure awaits. Let’s make it unforgettable.

Itineraries

Days 1 - 3

Vancouver

Both welcoming and in a convenient location at the heart of Downtown

Century Plaza Hotel is a popular and great value Vancouver choice. You will be just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Robson Street, and the BigBus hop-on hop-off tour bus stops right outside the hotel. The hotel's studios and suites have kitchenette facilities, perfect for longer stays. For relaxing days the hotel features an indoor pool and steam room.

Days 4 - 6

Whistler

Step out of Summit Lodge (a modern take on a classic ski lodge), and you’re in the hubbub of Main Street in the middle of Whistler Village. It’s easy to get to the slopes but happily close to the liveliest bars after a night experiencing Whistler’s après.

Smack dab in Whistler Village, this ski lodge has classic looks that give way to something decidedly more modern inside.

Days 7 - 13

Onboard Emerald Princess

Your adventure begins the moment you step aboard. With nearly 900 staterooms with balconies, you'll awaken each day to a new horizon. Experience the relaxed ambience onboard and tantalizing cuisine in our elegant dining rooms. Unwind at the The Sanctuary, a tranquil haven reserved for adults, or indulge in sumptuous dining choices from Crown Grill to the International Café.
